Four employer briefs with the rate, the hours and the training written on the outside. No discovery calls, no vague listings, nothing you have to dig for.

Open briefs
We do not merge briefs or paraphrase them into something catchier. What is on the card is what the employer sent us.

Work down a list of account records, correcting what has gone stale and marking anything that needs a decision from a supervisor.

Set incoming orders against stock records and raise the gaps. Spotting them is the job; fixing them belongs to another team.

Read short written submissions against a fixed three-page rubric and flag the ones that need a second opinion before moving on.
About TalentQuarry
Most listings hide the rate until someone has spent three messages asking for it. We put it on the card. Employers come to us with a home-based opening they cannot advertise anywhere useful; we check the brief is genuine, publish it whole, and hand your application to that employer and nobody else.

The process
Hours you can cover, and which brief you are answering.
The full brief comes back on WhatsApp before you decide.
Around two hours with the employer, and you keep the notes.
You choose them; the employer confirms in writing.
Applicant notes
“Knowing the rate before I applied is the whole reason I bothered. Everywhere else made me ask twice.”
Ashleigh — Wangaratta“I picked the comparison role because weekends were listed. That detail was on the card, not buried in an email.”
Toby — Benalla“It is straightforward work and the rubric leaves nothing to argue about. That suited me exactly.”
Rina — Wodonga

Questions
It does not. All four briefs were written for people with no background in this, and the employer runs the training. Availability is what gets screened, which is why the form asks about hours instead of history.
Only the blocks you nominate. No brief here carries a weekly minimum, and moving between one block and five as your term or season changes is normal rather than exceptional.
A working computer, internet that holds through a block, and somewhere quiet enough to read carefully. None of the four involve calls, so a headset is optional.
The employer decides and their brief states it plainly. We do not average it across the four, because a wrong guess here would surface on your first payslip.
The employer who wrote the opening you replied to. They confirm the roster and pay on their own schedule. TalentQuarry introduces you and takes nothing from your rate.
Never. There is no fee to be listed, none to be trained, and no deposit taken. Anyone using our name to ask you for money or bank details is not connected to us — report it to the email below.
